Budget accomodation, excellent location, no breakfast provided.

Location is excellent.

Breakfast was not provided, however it was included in the price based on booking confirmation. The staff did not answer to my question about the breakfast (I asked it via message as there was no staff member seen in the hotel).

Don't expect too high. Won't be disappointed with this place at all.

The location is great. You can walk to Namsan Park, N Seoul Tower, Myeongdong market, Namdaemun market, Namdaemun Gate, Seoul Station, City Hall, and just 5 mins walk to bus stop for 6015 Airport Limousine. And just 4 mins walk away from metro. There is a microwave, drinking water dispenser, and chopsticks available at the tiny lobby area, You must search for it.

No service, self check-in and check-out, no cleaning room during the stay, coffee, amenities, drinking water, you must service yourself, they are provided at the counter and must be taken when you need. And no one lets you know only you find it out yourself.

The facility is old and not clean. The pictures are very deceiving. My room had broken furniture. I had originally reserved for 4 nights and planned to just stick it out, but when I saw that the shampoo and body wash were hand soap, I moved hotel. Super disappointed.

Sleepless !

Nothing to like, except it wasn't expensive

We were located in a room very near the elevator, that had a melody play everything the doors opened. We didn't get any peace until around 1am. The owners should switch it off !!!!

Too messed

It is budget hotel. we did not expect much. But the room was smelly and sting, dirty stain marks were all around title. Self service of breakfast, no butter, no juice and .....

we arrived the dinning room at 8;00 am, no attendant to fill up from consumed, sink were full of dirty utensil. No heating, chilly cold in the dinning area.

I did not have a pleasant stay...

>There is a long and steep slope leading to the hostel from the main road...I noticed even younger people were struggling as they drag their luggages up the slope to Must Stay hostel.. > Receptionists cld not day a word of English..communicated with hotel guests n myself using translator on his handphone..

Irresponsible Staff. There was no room cleaning despite repeated requests. The staff also forgot to order the Airport Limousine despite advanced booking made at the reception. The rooms and toilets were basic.

No body is there in the front desk always .

No body is there in the front desk always . I have to wait for 30 min still don’t appear then I have to call in the guesthouse phone number after 10 min the guy came can’t speak English . I had 2 days booking but I was so annoyed that I checked out after a day. They don’t care about the guest. Very very bad hostel . Don’t want to stay even in free.

Good central location, comfortable bed and bed heating.

The toilet was smelly and the toilet water leaked every time one flushed the toilet and when you took a shower the whole bathroom was wet because the entire bathroom was just one open floor.

The property is conveniently within walking distance of Seoul Station. The rooms are fair but the best is that, although the hotel is located close to the centre, traffic noise is absent. A great recipe for a good night sleep!

Breakfast is very basic but there is a kitchen where one can prepare food.
